International Students:
1. Pre-Register
Go to the home page and apply payment. We will assign to you your personal school advisor to help you with your enrollment.
2. The Application Form We will assign to you your personal school advisor to help you with the enrollment process.
On the application from list the weeks that you want to attend Oxford. When we receive your completed application form, we will calculate the total amount due.
3. The "Letter of Acceptance"
When the school receives the tuition payment, done by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card, you will then be sent a Letter of Acceptance as confirmation.
4. The Visa Process
International students require a Student Visa (Study Permit) if they plan to stay for more than 6 months. To apply for the Student Visa, you will require a letter of acceptance. When we have received full payment for your program, we will issue to you this letter. Should the government not issue you a visa, we will reimburse the full amount of money paid less $500.

Student Visa Information
Six month or less program: No study permit needed. You may enroll with as a Temporary Resident or on a Working Holiday Visa. Your advisor will be able to help you. Warning: If you do not have a valid Study Permit and wish to continue your studies, you will have to leave Canada in order to apply for one!
Program longer than six months: You will need a Letter of Acceptance. You should apply for a Study Permit before you come to Canada, if you think you may wish to continue your studies in another program after you complete the short-term course or program, or you are planning to study for more than 6 months. Your advisor can help provide you assistance if needed.
